Part-Time Board Certified Behavioral Analyst

Must have a BCBA-D or BCBA or must hold an NADD Clinical Certification.
Required: 1-year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Job Description Summary:
The Behaviorist is an independent professional worker that will provide ongoing clinical assessments and observations of individuals while in their home. Assess clinical appropriate Behavioral Intervention Plans based on the outcome of the assessments conducted. As mentioned this will include in-home Individual assessment, behavioral interventions, diagnostic evaluations or consultations related to the individual’s developmental disability. Evaluate the necessary for the individual to acquire or maintain appropriate interactions with others.
Behavioral supports include a complete assessment of the challenging behavior(s) development of a structured behavioral modification plan, implementation of the plan, ongoing training and supervision of caregivers and behavioral aides if assigned. Develop and implement necessary regulations, standards and procedures for the clinical services system in compliance with DDD’s Behavioral Manuel, Division Circular, etc.
Behaviorist conducting assessments, developing behavior support plans, and training/supervising caregivers must meet at least one of the following:
- Behavioral Supports providers must complete Federal/State Criminal Background checks and Central Registry checks for all staff to ensure that all staff successfully completes training in Positive Behavior Supports and the Division mandated training. Experiences with Positive Behavioral Support Training
- Valid NJ Driver’s License
