The heavy hammer crusher is composed of shell, rotor, striking plate, hammer head, support and lining plate. Excellent structure, safe operation, large handling capacity, the operation speed can be adjusted freely.
When the heavy hammer crusher is working, the motor drives the rotor to rotate at a high speed via V-belt and large pulley. The material to be crushed is fed into the crushing chamber by the feeding device through the inlet, and the rotor rotating at high speed drives the hammer to strike the material first; After the kinetic energy is obtained, the material hits the counterattack plate at a high speed to obtain a secondary crushing; After the collision rebounds, the hammer strikes again or collides with other materials. During the collision process, the material gradually moves to the movable counterattack plate at the lower part of the crushing cavity. When the material particle size is smaller than the gap between the hammer head and the movable counterattack plate, the crushing chamber is separated from the crushing of the self-weight and other materials, thereby ending a complete crushing process.
