Job Summary: Integral Care’s Call Center is the first contact and representation of Integral Care by phone to the public, consumers and providers. Calls coming into Integral Care’s main phone numbers as well as calls from contract partners are answered by Call Center staff. The customer care QMHP will provide information about Integral Care services, provide community referrals, schedule and cancel appointments, and link callers with the appropriate service providers. They will also complete safety assessments for individuals being scheduled for an intake and ensure appropriate follow up is coordinated after clients are discharged from a psychiatric hospital. These duties are completed with a focus on customer care, wherein staff will find ways to best meet the needs of clients. This position works closely with a multitude of community partners, including but not limited to APD, TCSO, medical facilities, and schools. These job duties are performed under the supervision of an LPHA.

Education:

Required:

  • Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field

License:

Required:

  • Current and valid Texas driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Experience:

Preferred:

  • Bilingual, Spanish

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-8:30pm with flexibility.

Salary:  Starting Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) salary is at $38,479-$40,739 based on education, but internal applicants are subject to Integral Care’s QMHP career ladder. Upon successfully passing our agency bilingual exam, an added annual bilingual pay up to $3,730 would apply.
