Great opportunity for a front desk receptionist/concierge for our plastic surgery office. Seeking a long-term relationship for a part-time position. Previous medical receptionist experience preferred. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, patient-centered, and works well in a small team setting. This position is the first face and voice interaction with our patients, so quality customer care is very important.

Qualification, Experience, and Skills:

Experience in one or more of the following: medical office, medspa, cosmetic surgery office, hospitality or customer service setting.

Willingness to work outside of the scope of job position.

Experience with electronic medical records and optimizing scheduling.

Personality must be charismatic, friendly, and helpful. Takes directions and constructive criticism. Also, dependable, enthusiastic, positive attitude and proactive.

General appearance should look neat, professional and have strong communication skills

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Welcoming patients / check-in and check-out

Providing patients with refreshments

Answer phones and e-mails to scheduling patient appointments

Product sales and procedure scheduling (sales experience is a plus)

Collect payments

Scanning and inputting information into patient charts

Will be trained in cosmetic products (skin care, fillers, and neurotoxins)

Willing and able to assist with in office procedures (medical assistant experience is a plus)

Not required but desired proficiency in Spanish or Mandarin Chinese.
